The youngest managing partner Elif Kırkbınar focuses on Family Law, Obligations Law, Property Law and Commercial Law in her practice. In the scope of these fields, throughout her life as a law student she did many researches and she attented to many seminars. She conducted her research concerning the Law on the Protection of Personal Data that came into force and supported several companies in aligning their policies with the Law. For many years she took part in many social help projects and is still carrying on ther duties at the Foundation of Hukuk & Arastirma.
