In her practices, Başak Esengil focuses on Obligations Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, Civil Law, Administrative Law and Zoning Law. Başak Esengil has broad experience in especially Obligations Law; in this regard, she mainly practices on rental relations, civil law contracts, law of responsibility and breaches of competition principles.
In this context, Başak Esengil provides preventive legal consultancy and litigation services to clients who are active in various sectors such as real estate, construction, industry and manufacturing sector.
